Camp Curiosity

Tell me what you need and let's see where your curiosity will take us.

Thanks for getting in touch!

Festivals & Events

As a family we are avid festival goers! Pioneers of the customised garden trolley, turning an otherwise mundane garden tool into a glorious riot of colour, disco lights and bubbles complete with sleeping bag for when the little one needed to sleep, but we weren't quite ready to call it a night.

So it was a natural progression for me to take Camp Curiosity, and all of my wonderful resources, and inject ourselves into a family festival or two and if you are planning a large event or a family friendly festival I would love to hear from you and discuss how we can bring the Curiosity to your event.

Chester RacecourseRoman day

Chester Racecourse Roman Day is such a fantastic family event and I love bringing our 'Roman' inspired crafts and activities. I have developed a number of activities that are for both individuals and family groups and these include whittling a spear, making mini catapults, spinning rope, clay pots, make a wood cookie necklace and a family group competition to build a catapult and fire a 'cannonball' the furthest. The feedback is always amazing and we now even have our own dedicated 'Camp Curiosity' zone.

Happy Placefestival 2022

Camp Curiosity provided the entertainment and activities for the Kids Tent, at this amazing family friendly, wellness, self-love and happiness festival.

I curated a program of events that ran across both days of the festival and provided a broad range of activities suitable for babies and toddlers up to 'tweens'.

There was a mix of bookable and drop in sessions and these included mindful yoga, canvas bag hapa zome, bug hunting, storytelling, clay mythical creature modelling, nature weaving and rope spinning.

Everyone got a 'Happy Place' wood cookie necklace to take home, and I mean EVERYONE.

Festival Crowd

Yep we do festivals!

geronimofestival 2022

Camp Curiosity curated a woodland zone dedicated to outdoor play for Geronimo festival at Arley Hall. Our huge parachute hung from the trees gave the space a very impressive visual appeal and the variety of activities on offer ranged from a mud kitchen, slackline, tree swings, hammocks, den building and dress up area for free play, along with structured fire lighting sessions and story telling followed by toasting a marshmallow over the fire.

The feedback we received was overwhelming and hearing that we were the highlight of many families time at the festival was incredible.
